Milchbar
The Milchbar near Paradeplatz also goes under the name of the House of Culinary Pleasure. Here, guests’ taste buds are pampered with professionally brewed coffee, fresh fruit juices, delicatessen products and choice wines.
The Milchbar is situated close to Paradeplatz, tucked away in a small side street off the Bahnhofstrasse. In the small café-bar, professional baristas brew excellent coffee specialties, while guests enjoy the view of the inner courtyard. A delicatessen section entices with exclusive cheese, sausage and bakery products, pickles and smoked fish. The culinary delicacies can be purchased to take out or enjoyed in the restaurant on the upper floor, complemented by market fresh, hot dishes and specially selected wines.
The Milchbar even houses its own hotel room – which cannot be pre-booked in the customary way, but is rather given to the highest bidder.
