The ZEC aims to improve hotel employees’ knowledge of the destination by means of training courses, excursions, and special events, thus enabling the reception staff to provide guests with more competent advice. For these training courses, the ZEC works together with partners from the Zurich tourist region. Thanks to these partners, ZEC members can benefit from a wide range of special offers and discounts.
Every two months, members receive a newsletter with the latest news and information about upcoming highlights, which helps them when advising guests. In addition, it gives details of current training courses and events, and each month ZEC members can win tickets for various events in Zurich.
