ZEC – Training Courses and Events for Members

ZEC members can obtain information and further their knowledge and skills by participating in regular training courses.

After completing the introductory course, participants officially become club members and are then free to register for all the other training courses offered by the ZEC. The aim of these courses is to enhance hotel staff’s knowledge of what there is to do in Zurich and thus be able to provide hotel guests with more competent advice.
