Kornsilo

“Kornsilo” is practically the village square of the cultural area around  Tiefenbrunnen Mill. Here, huge windows let the light stream in, while bare concrete walls hint at the building’s past, and lovingly realized details create an inviting atmosphere. This combination of history and sustainability is also reflected in the bistro’s food: the vegetables are grown in the local area, the grapes ripen on the shores of Lake Zurich, and the meat comes from animals raised on Swiss pasture.

Lunch menus change daily and are based on seasonal ingredients, with an emphasis on plant-based options. 

In the evening, the bistro can be hired as an event space for banquets with up to 70 people.
