Media and Press Trips to Zurich

We would be delighted to assist you in organizing and implementing your media trip, to enable you to research your article or report about Zurich at close quarters.

Throughout the year, Zürich Tourism looks after an ever increasing number of international journalists visiting Zurich on media trips. To allow us to provide you with the best possible assistance, we ask you to read the following guidelines carefully.

General Guidelines

We attach great importance to providing you with top quality service and an optimal activity schedule. Consequently, we ask you to register your media trip with us at least four weeks before your arrival.

As Zürich Tourism is also obliged to submit published articles and reports to all the service providers and partners concerned, we would be grateful if you would send us in advance an official letter from your editorial office confirming your assignment.

Editorial offices and freelance journalists are required to inform Zürich Tourism of the foreseen editorial usage of their research prior to their visit. In the absence of a binding assignment, we ask you to send at least two articles that have been published in the media under your name within the last 12 months.
